Camp Schedule

Our daily camp schedule is tentative.   It may be changed due to conditions out of our control, like weather and participant’s abilities.

A Typical Day at Camp:

6:30 – 7:30 AM: Breakfast Served

8:00 AM: Leave Camp for Run

8:30 AM – 11:30 PM: Group Mountain Run

12:00 – 1:00 PM: Lunch Served

1:00 – 2:00 PM: Running Clinic / Training Workshop

2:00 – 5:00 PM: Free Time (nap, fish, canoe, hike, read, relax…It’s up to you!)

5:00 – 6:00 PM: Group run on the local trails

6:30 PM: Dinner Served by RAD (Real Athlete Diets)

8:00 PM: Relax around Campfire
